ABOUT MNTR

The MNTR Mentorship Programme offers a comprehensive education in everything dogs; from how they learn and establish behavioural patterns to understanding genetics, performance and potential. We put this learning into practice every step of the way to bring out the very best in our students and their dogs.

The mentorship programme begins with a deep dive into how dogs learn. We cover conditioning and training theories, building behaviours and applying pressure. Until we have a strong foundational understanding, and a common shared language, we cannot understand how to bring the best out of our dogs.
The next phase of the programme layers over equipment, training tools, genetics, fulfilment and behavioural challenges. We build on the foundations from stage one to put our ideas into practice.
What’s next? The final stage of the MNTR programme opens up the world of dogs. Whether it’s sport, performance, business aspirations or personal training goals, the mentorship programme provides inspiration, guidance and unparalleled support on the next stage of your journey.

The MNTR Mentorship Programme is run by Liam McArthur and Melissa Isidoro. It is the only programme that brings together two of the UK’s leading trainers to offer a unique insight into the world of dogs. Liam's dedication to excellence in sport and protection combines with Melissa's insights into the pet world to create a well-rounded and balanced programme.
